Fenton Fires Ltd is trading as Fenton Fires and are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data.

All Product information should be regarded as a guide and details are to be confirmed. All product dimensions are specifications are provided by the manufacturer and may be approximate. Specifications may change without notice. Please confirm any specific details before ordering.

Delivery

Free delivery on all orders above €1000.

Orders will be delivered by post, courier or our in-house team.

When ordering stoves we ask that you provide at least one person to assist with lifting as they can be heavy.

All products are to be checked when the delivery team or courier is still there. All damages should be reported during this period.

If goods are damaged contact info@fentonfires.ie as soon as is possible and we will ensure that replacement goods are sent out immediately.

Delivery fees are not refundable.

Privacy and Security

All personal details are securely stored. We do not supply or sell customer details to any outside organisation. Credit and Debit Card details are never stored.

Returns Policy

In-store Cancelation and Returns Policy

As all products are ordered from suppliers the same day, once orders are placed a 20% restocking fee on the full order will be applied to any cancelled orders.

If a product has been installed there is no option to return items.

Damaged goods will be replaced as soon as is possible.

Online Returns Policy

We are happy to assist you with the return of items purchased online that are unsuitable once we are notified within 14 days from the day after delivery of the item(s).

Once we are informed of your decision to cancel and return your order, you have a further 14 days from the date you cancelled to return any item(s) to us. While the item(s) are in your possession you must take reasonable and appropriate care of them.

They must be in a resaleable, as sold condition. By this we mean:

  • You have kept the product in all original packaging and labels in good condition and the products can be resold at full price.
  • You have not used the product.
  • The product contains no personal data and is not registered to a user.

Refunds will be processed back to the same payment method that was used for the original order and will be issued once the goods have been returned to us. Please be aware that we will cover return costs only if the goods are faulty.

** Some exclusions to our returns policy apply. Unless faulty, we reserve the right to reject returns where installation/assembly on a product has already begun. Where items that are not in a resaleable as sold condition. Where packaging and labels have been disposed of. For software products where the tamper proof seal has been broken and on custom orders, made to order or bespoke products.
